Zafarrancho de infantilismo general: me doy de narices con él en todas partes. Y no sólo me inquieta, sino que además me irrita. No dejen que los niños con barba de púas y percebes en los cojones o las niñas con celulitis y tetas de silicona se acerquen a mí. No me gustan los adultos que creen en los Reyes Magos y en las cigüeñas que vienen de París. Me parecen patéticos, ridículos, deplorables. Peter pan era un niño que se negaba a crecer. Vale. Eso lo entiendo, pero lo contrario —personas hechas y derechas (o torcidas y retorcidas) que van por el mundo como si aún llevaran pantalón corto o braguitas de perlé— no cuela. Infantil me parece la pasión por el fútbol, las carreras de motos y de coches (ruido y monotonía: coñazo), los conciertos de rock (monotonía y ruido: rollazo), las manifestaciones, las celebraciones del 2 de mayo, los concursos de la tele, la tele en general, el turismo, los parques temáticos, el chateo por internet (no lo es, en cambio, infantil, digo, el de las tabernas), los videoclips, los videojuegos, la manía de fotografiarlo todo, El código Da Vinci y sus infinitos remedos, las novelas de Ruiz Zafón, los libros de autoayuda, la pseudoespiritualidad de Paulo Coelho, Susanna Tamaro, Jorge Bucay (plagiador que no se arrepiente de sus plagios e insiste en ellos) y otros redentores de sus semejantes y virtuosos del camelo, las sagradas escrituras de todas las religiones no politeístas —porque las politeístas no las tienen— y, en fin, y para no seguir enumerando casos y cosas per sécula seculórum, la mayor parte de lo que veo, de lo que leo y de lo que oigo. ¡El mundo de nuestros días, vaya!
Nací a destiempo. Me habría gustado hacerlo en la prehistoria, bajo Ramsés, cuando surgió la tragedia griega, en la Atenas presocrática o en la de Pericles, en la Roma de Cicerón, en la India de Buda, en la China de Confucio y de Laotsé, en la Persia de Zoroastro, en el Japón de Edo, en la Atlántida, en el continente de Mu y antes, en todo caso, de que el judaísmo, el cristianismo, el islam y Occidente —ese accidente— lo arrasaran todo.
Me habría gustado nacer cuando el hombre, a partir del mono, crecía y llegaba a sapiens, y no —como ahora— cuando el hombre mengua, deja de ser sapiens, se hace niño y vuelve al mono.
¿Algún ejemplo? Sea, pero uno sólo. Los niños, hasta los dos años, no saben hablar, y luego, durante algún tiempo, lo hacen sólo a bulto, sin vocabulario, sin morfología, sin sintaxis, sin prosodia, con semántica incierta y entre balbuceos. En la España de hoy, los ministros, a quienes por definición se les atribuye mayoría de edad, saber y gobierno, llaman desaceleración al frenazo de la economía y no sé cómo, porque carezco de memoria para lo absurdo, a los trasvases. Treta tan infantil, que a nadie engaña, es un insulto, pero cuela.
Tienen, todos, más de dos años, y de treinta y dos, y no saben hablar, luego no han crecido. Pueril es también la actitud de quienes los votan y dejan así el gobierno de la casa en manos de los niños. O de los monos.
Vivir —ya lo he dicho, me parece, en otra entrega de este blog— es ver volver. El hombre, en efecto, vuelve al simio. Y éste, cuanto más alto sube, dicen en África (y es también la segunda vez que cito ese proverbio), más enseña el culo. Los políticos lo tienen, por cierto, de mandril: calloso y tan duro como su cara.

Fijesé que curioso: el primer libro que lei de él es “el alquimista”, y cuando lo acabé empecé a leer por primera vez uno suyo: su premio Planeta. Aunque son es escritores muy diferentes, los libros no dejaban de tener cosas en común: un viaje emprendido por señales que vienen por todos los lados; la espiritualidad, no sé si pseudo o no; la búsqueda de un tesoro, o del centro de un laberinto.

Respecto a tu nuevo programa me pareció perfecto el invitar a Mercedes Milá para hablar de la televisión basura, la cual y en eso coincido contigo odio. Creo, no sé por qué, que fuiste especialmete benevolente con ella, pues soy de la opinión que Mercedes podría haber apuntado mucho más alto. Respecto a tu hija dale tiempo. Edad madura, amor eterno en familia.
Llevo 2 años sin encender la tv porque me parecía pérdida de tiempo y me tensaba. Pues bien acojo con alegria el estreno de su programa porque parece que se dirige a gente como yo, y vaya fiasco! El programa del Domingo 27 era incomprensible, con una Alaska grabada, una entrevista al genial Boadella sobre ningún tema de interés y en fin, sin reflexión ni pensamiento alguno. Para este viaje no hacian falta alforjas. Salvo que abandone este sistema de entrevistas y nos prepare algo inteligente que sólo alguien con su cultura y vivencias puede hacer, me temo que me quedo o con mis libros o el lunes con madrileños por el mundo, que ayer en Calcuta estuvo interesante.
Oooh! ¿qué ha pasado con el programa ? ¿ya lo han quitado ?
