Estoy leyendo un libro de Coetzee, escritor fúnebre y tedioso que no me agrada. Milita en el grupúsculo literario de los deprimidos que escriben para deprimidos. El libro se titula Diario de un mal año. Lo publica Debolsillo.
Debe de ser cierto lo que afirmaba Cervantes: no hay libro, por malo que sea (y el de Coetzee, pese a lo dicho, no lo es), que no contenga algo bueno.
Lo digo porque en el duodécimo capitulillo de la obra citada me topo, a cuento de la pedofilia, con algunas consideraciones valiosas, valerosas, razonables y sumamente incorrectas.
Son las que siguen…

Para mí su obra, su vida y su legado (de usted), también me parece indiferente (pero de verdad, ya que no conozco datos de ningún tipo), pero aún así, le deseo el doble de bueno, de todo lo malo que ha escrito sobre alguien que para otras personas era hijo, hermano o padre. Eso es bastante.
Hablar de literatura y escribirla, no significa que sea más inteligente.
